What do I do with the labels on my collection device?

The labels act as an identification tool for the lab to confirm they are matching the right sample to the right lab order. It is important that you complete all the labels provided in your kit with your full name, date of birth and the date and time of your collection. 

Collection time may impact results interpretation, so please be as specific as possible!
