What happens if I forget to fill out my labels?

If you forget to fill out the collection labels on your samples, please reach out to support@poweredbyash.com and a support team member will work with the lab to correct your sample.

Missing or incomplete labels will result in your sample being held at the label for confirmation. The lab will hold the samples for up to 2 weeks, after which the kit will be rejected.

Note, if the sample has already exceeded stability, based on the date of collection provided, by the time it reaches the lab, it may get rejected sooner.
