What if my lab results are not showing in the portal?

It is important to remember that lab results can take up to 7 days to populate once your kit has successfully arrived at the lab.

Once you receive your test-samples-received notification, which lets you know your kits arrived at the lab, you can track how long your kit has been processing at the lab.

If it has been over 7 days since your kit successfully reached the lab, and you are still not seeing results in your portal, please reach out to support@poweredbyash.com for assistance.
