I returned my kit and am waiting for lab results. What do I do?

Thank you for returning your kit!

First, sadly USPS can experience delays. It might take up to a week from the time you put your kit in the mail for your kit to actually reach the lab and begin processing. 

You should receive a test-samples-received email notification when your kit has been successfully received by the lab. 

From that point on, lab results should take between 3-5 business days. If it has been over 7 days, and you are still waiting on results, please reach out to support@poweredbyash.com for assistance.
